Order Cancellations
We want your shopping experience with PrimeGRIP to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible!
If you change your mind after placing an order, you have 24 hours to cancel it free of charge.
If you cancel within this time frame, we’ll be happy to process a full refund within 3 business days.
Your satisfaction is our top priority!

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
In such cases, we will arrange a full refund or reshipment at no extra cost to you — PrimeGRIP covers all related expenses.
Please provide a photo or video of the damaged item to help us process your refund or reshipment quickly.
If you wish to return the damaged item, we will guide you through the return process and cover all shipping costs.

 

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition — unopened and still in its original packaging, without any signs of use.
